You don't need to be a therapist to make a difference. But when a colleague is struggling, most people freeze -- unsure what to say, afraid of making things worse. This course changes that. In four hours, you go from unsure to ready.

SERIES 2: INTERMEDIATE PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID (COMPLEX REACTIONS AND SUICIDE AWARENESS)

A colleague goes quiet. Someone breaks down. Another says something that stops you cold. These moments happen in real workplaces every day. This course prepares you for when they do -- and when they are harder than anything the Foundational course covered.
