RATIONALE
Pressure at work is constant, but recovery is a skill that can be learned. Without it, people burn out or make poorer decisions under strain. Participants map their stress using the SEAT model, apply the 4Cs of Mental Toughness (Control, Commitment, Challenge, Confidence), and practise box breathing, cognitive reframing and the Confidence Ladder in a live pressure role-play.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
-
Explain how resilience affects safety, performance and relationships
-
Identify personal stress signs and triggers using the SEAT model
-
Apply box breathing, cognitive reframing and confidence mapping
-
Use the 4Cs of Mental Toughness under pressure
-
Create a personal Resilience Action Plan with peer accountability
WHY THIS COURSE, WHY NOW
Change fatigue, restructuring and rising performance expectations make resilience a frequent request from HR teams, especially in operations-heavy industries. Without recovery skills, people either burn out or make poorer decisions
under strain.
What sets it apart: Resilience is practised, not just discussed: the course pairs the 4Cs model with a live pressure role-play.
