Well-Being Champions Network

Build the capability to make well-being real at work

Singapore’s most rigorous workplace well-being training, developed to the standards of the National Mental Health Competency Training Framework and the HPB Design Guide for Mental Well-being Programmes.

The Well-being Champions Network is supported by the Tripartite Alliance partners (MOM, NTUC, SNEF) and the Workplace Health & Safety Council (WSHC).

Powered by Kaleidoscope.

Well-being First Responder (WFR)

Every WFR course sits within one of four capability pillars. Browse by the area you want to build.

SUPPORTING
SELF

Build the personal foundations for sustainable well-being. Courses cover self-care, resilience, mental toughness, chronic stress and burnout, mind-body practices, and emotional regulation.

SUPPORTING
OTHERS

Develop the skills to recognise distress and respond safely. Courses cover Psychological First Aid at three levels, supportive conversations, and return to work support after mental illness.

SUPPORTIVE ORGANISATION

Build the systems and culture that make well-being sustainable. Courses cover psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and the WFR Circles peer supporter programme.

MENTAL HEALTH
LITERACY

Deepen your knowledge of mental health literacy at work. Courses cover mental health awareness, neurodiversity, psychosocial risk, stress and burnout, and the neuroscience of emotion.

The course is just the first step.

What sets WFR apart is everything that follows – structured reinforcement designed to make sure your skills actually transfer to the workplace.
