RATIONALE
Burnout builds quietly and is often noticed only after performance drops or people leave. Drawing on neuroscience, resilience science and Psychological First Aid, this course helps participants recognise their limits early and de-escalate chronic stress, using the SEAT model, the Johari Window, Circle of Control and a personal burnout and boundary audit.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
-
Distinguish burnout from chronic work stress
-
Spot early signs across emotional, mental, physical and spiritual domains
-
Apply self-directed, trauma-informed LOOK-LISTEN-LINK techniques
-
Strengthen personal boundaries against exhaustion and compassion fatigue
-
Uncover hidden stress patterns using the Johari Window
-
Design a Recovery & Resilience Plan with SMART self-care actions
