Well-Being Champions Network

Capability

Build the competence to respond effectively to well-being needs.

The Capability pillar equips individuals at every role level with the training, credentialing, and practice infrastructure to act safely, appropriately, and sustainably. It is the foundation on which everything else in the WCN rests.

Certified Well-being First Responder (WFR)

The WFR Programme is Singapore’s most rigorous workplace well-being training, developed to the standards of the National Mental Health Competency Training Framework and the HPB Design Guide for Mental Well-being Programmes. It gives employees a nationally recognised credential in workplace well-being for everyone.

Certified Well-being Champion (CWC)

Currently in development, the CWC is a structured certification for Champions ready to move from individual competence to organisational governance capability. Built on your workplace's own well-being data, it equips Champions to make the case for well-being action and design the systems that deliver it.
