Learn. Practise. Respond. Gain practical workplace skills through immersive simulations, guided role plays and internationally recognised Psychological First Aid practices - so you leave with the confidence to recognise distress early and respond calmly, confidently and compassionately when it matters most.

Description

What if one conversation could change someone's day—or even their life?

Mental health challenges often show up quietly, long before they become a crisis. The WSQ Well-being First Responder - Workplace Psychological First Aid empowers you to recognise early signs of distress, respond with confidence using the WHO Look–Listen–Link framework and guide colleagues towards appropriate support safely, ethically and compassionately.

More than a certification, this is a capability-building experience. Through experiential learning, realistic workplace simulations, guided role plays and facilitated reflection, you'll gain practical skills that can be applied immediately - helping to foster psychological safety, strengthen workplace relationships and build a culture where people feel seen, heard and supported.

Whether you're a leader, HR professional, Well-being Champion or simply someone who wants to make a difference, this programme will equip you with the confidence to act when it matters most. Register your interest today to receive upcoming course dates, funding eligibility and corporate training options, and take the first step towards becoming a Workplace Well-being First Responder.

The programme also aligns with Singapore's National Mental Health Competency Training Framework, ISO 45003 and the HPB Design Guide for Tier 1 Mental Well-being Programmes.
