This course is for anyone who wants to perform better under pressure without burning out. Whether you are a peer supporter, a Well-being Champion, or simply someone who finds workplace stress harder to shake than it used to be, this is where you build your inner game.
No prior training required.
WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Recognise your personal warning signs of stress and fatigue before they compound
- Understand the 4Cs Model of Mental Toughness and how it applies to your work
- Map your stress patterns using the SEAT Model
- Apply practical regulation tools including box breathing, cognitive reframing, and confidence mapping
- Leave with a personalised Resilience Action Plan you can act on immediately

This is not a talk about resilience. It is a workshop where you practice it. Every module builds towards a concrete output -- a personalised Resilience Action Plan grounded in your own stress patterns, strengths, and commitments.
