Well-being First Responder (WFR)

The Well-being First Responder (WFR) programme designed in Singapore equips employees with the critical knowledge, skills and attitudes aligned to the National Mental Health Competency Training Framework using the Psychological First Aid (PFA) approach.

The WFR programme includes:

  1. 4 hours of classroom training equipping you with critical skills to create a psychologically safe and supportive environment;
  2. 6 months of continual learning and support which deepen your knowledge from the core WFR training;
  3. 12 months access to the Community of Practice (CoP) platform where your skills will be activated to support others.

All trained WFRs will be certified and accredited for three years.

One person, preferably the appointed Champion, per UEN-registered company would be fully sponsored to take the WFR programme.

PeerForward (PF) is the only workshop designed in Singapore to equip Well-being Champions to take their Peer Support plans to the next level! Through insightful sharing, case studies and groupwork, we share ideas and strategies to help you setup a thriving Peer Support Network in your organisation.
