Well-being First Responder (WFR)

The Well-being First Responder (WFR) programme designed in Singapore equips employees with the critical knowledge, skills and attitudes aligned to the National Mental Health Competency Training Framework. All WFRs will be certified and accredited for three years.

PeerForward (PF)

PeerForward (PF) is the only workshop designed in Singapore to equip Well-being Champions to take their Peer Support plans to the next level! Through insightful sharing, case studies and groupwork, we share ideas and strategies to help you setup a thriving Peer Support Network in your organisation.

Community of Practice (CoP)

The Network serves as a Community of Practice to:

a. Share, discuss and/or seek advice on company initiatives or issues relating
to mental health and well-being of employees;

b. Develop and disseminate best practices, case studies, playbooks, and
strategies to support mental health and well-being at the workplace;

c. Equipping Champions with well-being peer support skills and well-being leadership skills; and

d. Seed and testbed new ideas and initiatives.
