Well-being First Responder (WFR)
An offering of the Well-being Champions Network, the Well-being First Responder (WFR) is the most comprehensive Organisational Well-being programme developed in Singapore to equip everyone with the critical knowledge, skills and attitudes aligned to the National Mental Health Competency Training Framework.
The WFR programme includes:
In-person classroom training equipping you with critical skills in Psychological First Aid, Self-Care, Resilience & Mental Toughness, Chronic Stress & Burnout, Anxiety, Grief & Trauma and Suicide Prevention;
Access to the Community of Practice (CoP) online platform where you will receive invitations to a variety of events for continual learning and engagement.
All trained WFRs will be certified and accredited by the Workplace Saefty and Health Council (WSHC) and receive relevant CPE/SDU points.
